What happens if I miss a class?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or transfer/catch up of any missed sessions by the student.

What happens if a class is cancelled?

In the unlikely occasion that we need to cancel a class you will be offered a refund for the session cancelled or an alternative date.

We will also always give you as much notice as possible but cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements. 

Do jewellery making classes include materials?

Our workshop is stocked with all tools you may need to use but you will need to purchase consumables such as silver and/or gold.

You may purchase them from us at cost price for your first project and you will also be given a suppliers list of our favourite jewellery making suppliers.

How big are your classes?

We believe that our students learn best in a small class, so therefore our classes are limited to a maximum of 6 to 7 students. This way we ensure that students of all abilities make the most of their learning capabilities.

Can I work on my own jewellery designs?

We use an open workshop approach to teaching, allowing you to work on your own designs and at your own pace but under the guidance of our expert tutors

What if I don’t have any designs?

For complete beginners we have a set of projects where you will learn to how to use a piercing saw, solder your first piece and set a gemstone.

Can you help me set up my own jewellery business?

Our classes are aimed at teaching you how to make jewellery, but we do offer special one on one jewellery consultancy sessions where we can answer all your questions regarding on how to set up and manage your own jewellery business.
